C² Seal™

• Glossy, penetrating sealer, hardener and densifier for concrete
• Provides high-gloss beauty with the penetrating toughness of C² Hard™
• The easy application lithium silicate treatment penetrates and reacts with the concrete
• Polymeric component seals the concrete with a rich, glossy finish and treated surfaces resist damage from water, chemical attack and abrasion
• Makes concrete easy to clean and maintain, reduces dusting and simplifies maintenance, producing a cleaner, healthier environment
• Safer and easier to apply than conventional sodium or potassium silicate hardeners
• Will not activate or contribute to surface ASR (Alkali Silicate Reaction)

C² Gloss™

This revolutionary system will allow you to achieve a glossy finish on hard, steel troweled concrete. The C² Gloss™ is the economical alternative to high priced polished concrete. It will give you “The Polished Look without Polishing”. It requires 1 application of C² Super Hard™ & 3 applications of C² Seal™.

• C² Seal™ glossy finish is obtained with 2-3 thin applications on smooth, steel troweled concrete
• C² Seal™ stain resistant against acids, fats, grease, and oils
• C² Super Hard™ & C² Seal™ reduce or eliminate ASR due to high lithium content. High concentrations of sodium or potassium salts which can contribute to surface crazing and surface ASR are absent
• C² Super Hard™ & C² Seal™ are Planet Safe, water based, contains no solvents, non-toxic, no smell, non-mutagenic & non-carcinogenic (safe in food preparation areas), non flammable, fast drying, easy to apply.

C² Tint™

C2 Tint™ is designed to penetrate deep into the pores of horizontal concrete to provide a beautiful translucent coloured surface. C2 Tint™ is the second part of a three step process that transforms dull looking surfaces into a colourful, decorative, polished concrete. After treating the concrete with C2 Super Hard™ , the premium lithium hardener and densifier, C2 Tint™ is applied to the surface of a concrete floor and is fast drying.

This product has excellent application qualities for both new and existing concrete. C2 Tint™ is a non-flammable water based formulation that penetrates and colours concrete surfaces without the risk of etching the surface or corroding metals. C2 Tint™ can be used as a single coat or in layers over grey, integrally coloured, acid stained or colour hardened concrete to produce an unlimited range of colour tones.

The C2 Tint™ system is a three component combination that includes C2 Super Hard™ , C2 Tint™ and C2 Seal™ . In addition, C2 Tint™ is environmentally friendly and is easy to clean and maintain.

C² Tint System

C2 Tint™ is available in thirteen standard colours that can be intermixed to achieve an even broader colour range. C2 Tint™ is made up of tiny molecules that penetrate deeper into the concrete than conventional colour pigments or acid stains.

Permanent impregnated colour will not flake or peel off. Multiple coats of C2 Seal™ will increase the colour intensity and controlled drying allowing colour to be added and blended without the risk of streaking.

Compatible with all C2 lithium hardeners, densifiers, sealers and cleaners.

Easy to use with application by brush, spray or spread with a microfiber pad.

Versatile. Suitable for use on new and existing concrete, regardless of age. C2 Tint™ does not reduce slip resistance and can be applied to any horizontal concrete surface.

Environmentally safe water based product with no solvents, toxins or odours. Complies with all known USA national, state and district AIM VOC regulations. C2 Tint™ is nonflammable, non-mutagenic and carcinogenic (safe in food preparation areas).

C² Line™

C2 Line™ is a high performance coating developed for the application of safety line striping and safety areas on industrial and commercial concrete floors. This water based product does not require a primer and delivers a high gloss, UV stable and fast drying finish. C2 Line™ will stand up to the most demanding wear in high traffic and maintenance cleaning areas. In addition C2 Line™ has impressive abrasion resistance qualities.

C2 Line™ is ideal for applying to new, cured or existing concrete floors. The solid colours of this product will complement the translucent qualities of C2 Tint™. Alternatively, just C2 Line™ can be applied onto the finished concrete surface. C2 Line™ is an environmentally friendly product that is easy to clean and maintain.

C² Line™ is available in seven stand out colours that can be intermixed to achieve an even broader colour range.

C2 Line™ is nonflammable, non-mutagenic and carcinogenic (safe in food preparation areas). There is no need to neutralise this product and clean up after application is easy with soap and water.

C² Stain Safe™

C2 Stain Safe™ is an outstanding water and oil repellent that prevents surface staining on most substrates without trapping moisture. The modified saline system provides invisible protection and low surface instability, without film or gloss. C2 Stain Safe™ forms a resilient chloride barrier that reduces surface erosion and corrosion in reinforced concrete caused by water and water carried salts.

The molecular structure of C2 Stain Safe™ allows for maximum penetration with coverage rates higher than that of conventional salines. Depth of penetration is controlled by the application rate. C2 Stain Safe™ is ideal for long lasting protection, without colour change of concrete, polished concrete, granite and other dense colour sensitive surfaces.

C2 Stain Safe™ complies with all known USA national and state AIM VOC regulations but is not recommended for asphalt or non-masonry materials, below grade applications or use under hydrostatic pressure. Always test before using this product on limestone and marble.

C² Stain Clean™

C2 Stain Clean™ is a highly effective poultice cleaner for removing even old deeply embedded oil and grease stains from concrete, pavers, stone and other porous surfaces, without discolouration or leaving a residue. C2 Stain Clean™ works by forming a poultice, once applied, there is no mixing, scrubbing, trowelling or plastic covering required. Once C2 Stain Clean™ penetrates the surface it forms a continuous solution. As it dries, C2Stain Clean™ absorbs the stain out of the substrate and captures it in a highly absorbent blend of thick surfactant, solvents and powers. After five to eight hours the dry poultice is able to be swept up and disposed of. C2 Stain Clean™ is ideal for use on concrete, blocks, pavers, bricks and tiles. It is also safe to use on granite, marble, travertine and limestone. However C2 Stain Clean™ is not recommended for use on asphalt surfaces.

What Is ASR?

C² lithium hardeners will prevent or reduce Alkali Silica Reactivity (ASR). Silica in the aggregate reacts with alkalis in hydrated cement to form a gel that expands when water is introduced. This reaction produces huge pressures that cause cracks to develop in concrete – cracks that lead to accelerated deterioration of the surface protective layer. These cracks and micro-cracks allow water to penetrate into the substrate, causing corrosion of reinforcing steel, freeze thaw damage, and other problems. C² lithium hardeners will help keep moisture out of the substrate and prevent occurrence of a chemical reaction between alkalis, silica and moisture. ASR reactions will not occur without water.
